Which delivery services do you use?
We partner with 4PX Express to ensure reliable international delivery for all orders.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the weight of your order:
East Asia & Southeast Asia: $5 USD
USA & Canada: 15 USD (0.1kg to 0.5kg ) | $20 USD (0.5kg to 1kg )
Europe (EU) & UK: $10 USD (0.1kg to 0.5kg ) | $15 USD (0.5kg to 1kg )
Australia & New Zealand: $10 USD (0.1kg to 0.5kg ) | $15 USD (0.5kg to 1kg )
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us. We will provide a custom shipping quote after consulting with our delivery partners.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days.
Pre-order Items: These will ship according to the specific dates listed on the product page.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Our team takes great care in hand-packing every item to ensure it arrives safely. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–14 business days once shipped.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
What can I expect for gift wrapping?
We know how special a gift should feel. To make your order "ready-to-gift," we wrap each item in beautiful paper decorations. Our goal is to help you share a moment of happiness with the ones you love.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your package, please:
1. Check your tracking link for any "Attempted Delivery" or "Held at Customs" notifications.
2. Verify the shipping address in your original order confirmation email.
3. Contact our support team at miaostation@outlook.com with your order number, and we will investigate the status for you.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Note: "Blind boxes" and "Limited Edition" items are non-returnable once the seal is broken or the package is opened.
How do I start a return?
Please email miaostation@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with specific instructions and the return shipping address.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect product was sent.
Duties & Taxes
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Miaostation does not control these charges and cannot predict their cost. All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Products & Orders
How are fragile items packaged?
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely. All fragile goods are wrapped in high-grade bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy, double-walled boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer modify it.
Do you restock "Sold Out" items?
It depends on the product. While popular items are restocked regularly, some limited-edition collectibles may not be available again once they sell out. We recommend following our updates for the latest restock news.
